The problem
A poor hinged door makes the whole entrance feel unfinished.
Old timber and steel doors often start with small frustrations: the door sticks at the bottom, the lock does not line up, wind pushes through the frame, or rain marks the threshold. Once the frame is out of square or rust has started, another patch rarely fixes the real issue. A door you use every day should close without a fight, lock with confidence, and protect the room behind it.
